At HarbourStreets, we are committed to delivering premium men's fashion quickly, safely, and efficiently. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders placed through HarbourStreets are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale events, festive seasons, or product launches, order processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted logistics partners for delivery.

HarbourStreets currently delivers across India.

We strive to reach customers in metro cities, tier-2 cities, tier-3 cities, and most serviceable PIN codes through our courier network.

Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, state, weather conditions, and courier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 Business Days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 5–8 Business Days
  • North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

HarbourStreets may offer:

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders.
  • Standard Shipping charges where applicable.
  • Promotional free shipping during special campaigns.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking information (where available).

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, HarbourStreets reserves the right to ship items separately based on inventory availability.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments where applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer refuses delivery

the package may be returned to HarbourStreets.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • PIN Code
  • Mobile Number

HarbourStreets is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Order Verification

For security purposes, HarbourStreets may contact customers to verify order details before dispatch.

Failure to respond to verification requests may result in delayed shipment or order cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected serviceable locations.

HarbourStreets reserves the right to disable COD for:

  • Customers with repeated order refusals
  • Locations not supported by courier partners

Delivery Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Inspect the package before accepting it.
  • If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery.
  • If you accept a damaged package, please report the issue promptly through our customer support channels with photographs of the package and product.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Missing item
  • Incorrect size
  • Damaged merchandise

Please notify HarbourStreets as soon as possible after delivery.

Our support team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, HarbourStreets reserves the right to:

  • Cancel future Cash on Delivery privileges.
  • Deduct applicable shipping or handling charges from eligible refunds where permitted.
  • Decline future orders in cases of repeated abuse.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, HarbourStreets primarily ships within India. Soon Will Start Internation DeliveryServices .

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any applicable customs or import charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or promotional offers may not be available for delivery to specific locations due to courier restrictions or local regulations.
